Securing financing is a crucial component of investing in a condominium. In Singapore, there are various mortgage alternatives available, but it is crucial to familiarize oneself with the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) framework. This framework sets a cap on the amount of loan that a borrower can obtain, which is based on their income and current debt commitments. To make sound financial decisions and prevent overextending oneself, it is essential for investors to comprehend the TDSR and seek guidance from financial advisors or mortgage brokers. Additionally, staying updated on new condo launches can also be beneficial in assessing financing options.
In addition to her impressive credentials, Cheong is also a member of the boards of National University of Singapore and CapitaLand Group. She is also Singapore’s non-resident ambassador to Finland.
This latest addition to Surbana Jurong’s board further solidifies the company’s commitment to building smart and sustainable cities. With Cheong’s expertise and guidance, the company is well-positioned to drive innovation and create a greener future for tomorrow’s built environment.
