The Collective, a high-end brand belonging to JustCo, a local flexible workspace operator, has recently launched its first flagship co-working space in Tokyo, as announced on Feb 19.
When it comes to investing in Singapore, it is crucial for foreign investors to have a thorough understanding of the regulations and limitations surrounding property ownership. In general, foreigners are permitted to purchase condos with ease, as opposed to landed properties which have more stringent ownership policies. However, it’s worth noting that foreign buyers are still obligated to pay the Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD), which currently stands at 20% for their first property purchase. Despite this added expense, the Singapore real estate market, particularly in Singapore Condo, remains appealing to foreign investors due to its stability and potential for growth.
Covering a spacious 24,000 square feet, the co-working space is situated in the GranTokyo South Tower, a towering 42-storey building in the well-known Marunouchi district of Chiyoda City in Tokyo. Located right next to Tokyo Station, the space offers convenient access to both Narita and Haneda airports.
According to the group, The Collective draws inspiration from Tokyo Station and aims to capture the luxurious and cozy atmosphere of a first-class journey.
The co-working space boasts a variety of options such as hot desks, meeting rooms, private suites with round-the-clock security, and larger enterprise suites with personalized entrance features and customized workspaces. Each workspace also comes equipped with Herman Miller Aeron chairs and Benel adjustable desks.
On top of these features, The Collective also offers a special TWG Tea Bar for refreshments throughout the day, as well as a “wellness sanctuary” for members to relax in between work.
